The Happy Programme online
What a year 2020 has been. You have made it, you are still here. Congratulations! What will 2021 bring? You can start on a positive. Here is a chance to dip out of the chaos around us and jump into what is most important, how we think, perceive and act in the world we live in.
Why at times throughout 2020 even when everything around us felt like chaos did we feel moments of unbridled joy? Even if it was brief. How did this happen? I am here to explain how we can have these joyful experiences even in the most unsettling of times.
A six-week programme based on the principle of happiness. The happy programme references positive psychology experts in the field of happiness. Experts Like Tal Ben Shahar, Mo Gawdat, Steve Peters and many others
Each session involves activities, connectedness and participation. The happy programme provides participants with the tools to create a greater focus on positive wellbeing and optimism. How is this done? It is through individual and group activities and with examples through research and media over 90 minutes each week.
Having looked at the latest research into what happiness is and what it is not. I purposely use activities and exercises that enhance the learning process. So that happiness is not just a byproduct of attending the course but also experienced while attending the course. With extensive experience in group settings as well as online. For the period of Covid 19, I have moved all our programmes to an online setting. The experience is as exciting and energetic as it would be in a collective setting. Same learnings just a different format.
Our aim is to show that happiness is not an elusive experience. We can all experience happiness right here now!. If only we knew how? The good news is, we do and we want to share these tools with you. Happy days.
